Enko Education is looking for a Physics Teacher

Job objective
The Physics Teacher is charged with delivering superior Physics education, cultivating students' scientific understanding and hands-on competencies, and fostering their academic and personal advancement in accordance with the school's curriculum and educational benchmarks.

Main duties
Plan and provide stimulating Physics lessons fitting students' levels and capabilities.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources, practical activities and assessments.
Explain Physics concepts clearly using appropriate teaching approaches and practical demonstrations.
Carry out laboratory experiments while ensuring proper health and safety procedures are observed.
Evaluate students' learning, give constructive feedback and monitor academic progress.
Identify students requiring extra support and apply appropriate interventions.
Equip students for internal and external examinations.
Keep precise records of attendance, grades, assessments and student progress.
Take part in departmental meetings, staff meetings and school activities.
Work with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and learning.
Sustain a positive, inclusive and respectful classroom environment.
Contribute to extracurricular activities and other school initiatives when required.
Respect the school's policies, including Child Safeguarding, Code of Conduct, Health & Safety and Internal Regulations.

Required qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physics, Science Education .
Relevant teaching qualification/certification is an advantage or required where applicable.
Prior teaching experience, preferably at secondary-school level.
Solid knowledge of Physics curriculum and assessment methods.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Capacity to use digital tools to support teaching and learning.
