InDesign Arts is a software development company headquartered in Douala, looking for a motivated bilingual intern for a 3-month Administrative Assistant Internship in the software sector.
This internship provides direct exposure to the daily operations of a fast-growing software company. You will acquire practical, real-world experience by actively contributing to administrative, organizational, and client-related tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations while developing professional skills such as organization, communication, and client-facing support in a dynamic software environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the administrative and client acquisition support team, you will be involved in the following activities:
• Handle daily administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing documents, and keeping records well-organized;
• Assist with client outreach by drafting emails, making follow-up calls, and helping coordinate meetings and networking events;
• Support client pipeline management by updating CRM data, tracking prospects, and maintaining accurate client records;
• Provide product-related administrative support such as organizing user feedback, preparing launch materials, and coordinating team documentation;
• Help create presentations, pitches, and meeting materials while supporting client communications;
• Carry out various marketing and operational support tasks as needed to facilitate deal closure and client service delivery;
• Perform remote administrative tasks including digital filing, virtual meeting coordination, and online support as required.
This internship involves meaningful contributions and valuable work. Although you will receive guidance and training, you will be expected to take initiative, work autonomously, and manage tasks professionally.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a disciplined and dependable individual who is fully committed to completing assigned tasks within the agreed timeline.
The key qualities we value are strong discipline, reliability, attention to detail, and a serious commitment to delivering results. Formal qualifications and prior experience are not essential — what matters most is your ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow through on responsibilities.
You must be available to work full-time for the entire 3-month internship and be prepared to work online or remotely as needed.
