Governance and Administration
Participate in strategic meetings as required by management
• Execute company-wide transformation initiatives under the guidance of the functional lead
• Implement adequate mechanisms for risk control and mitigation
• Contribute to the baseline evaluation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in preparing proposals related to changes in procedures and policies
• Strictly escalate any issues to management that could severely impact timelines, costs, or resources
• Successfully execute specific projects initiated within the sub-department
• Strictly comply with established budgets, targets, and objectives
• Document major risks and dependencies, and design corrective action plans
• Produce the required documentation for the sign-off on tactical adjustments
• Ensure task execution is in perfect alignment with the overall strategy
• Provide daily and ad-hoc reports on work progress
Operational Delivery
Implement the directives and policies cascaded by management while ensuring compliance
• Comply with established governance mechanisms
• Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of revenue assurance methods and propose areas for improvement
• Intervene during business process changes that may influence the identification, monitoring, or collection of funds (deployment of new systems, product launches)
• Continuously strive to mitigate losses and ensure optimal revenue recognition
• Partner with IT, marketing, and product teams to develop strategies against revenue leakage
• Perform frequent reconciliations and analyses of various financial streams
• Check the accuracy of collection procedures and reconcile network data with billing
• Generate reports for ongoing project monitoring and create executive-level dashboards
• Create and deploy key recovery metrics
• Manipulate and analyze data using platforms such as MS-Access, SQL, or Business Objects
• Monitor primary and secondary controls, adjust their tolerance thresholds, and correct any flaws
Required Profile
• Education: hold at least a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in finance, engineering, computer science, or information systems. Holding professional certifications in data analytics, audit (CISA), or revenue assurance (GRAPA) is a definite asset.
• Experience: have 3 to 5 years of experience in systems audit, technical analysis, or revenue assurance within the fintech, banking, or telecommunications sectors. Have a proven track record in designing and implementing automated control systems, and solid expertise in data extraction and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL).
• Technical skills: advanced control architecture design, database management and SQL expertise, systems integration, automation and scripting capabilities, writing technical specifications, business intelligence, and data analytics.
