Main objectives:
The Export Commercial Supervisor is responsible for executing the export strategy on the ground across one or more designated geographical areas (CEMAC region). He/She manages commercial activities, assists local partners and dealers, and ensures that sales volume and profitability benchmarks are met in the assigned territories.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Market research:
• Keep abreast of market dynamics and compile data on competitive products;
• Scrutinise intelligence gathered on rival brands;
• Track variations in competitor price positioning;
• Carry out frequent assessments of pricing patterns for current and upcoming products in the target market, and provide the Chinese team with guidance on establishing appropriate local retail prices.
Account management:
• Supervise inventory, sales figures and product dissemination through quantitative tracking and information management;
• Generate actionable analytical reports and management recommendations to improve client servicing;
• Foster open lines of communication with primary downstream customers across the zone in order to pinpoint concerns and anticipate needs, enabling rapid troubleshooting and contributing to increased sales and enhanced customer loyalty.
Market expansion and project development:
• Ensure the effective roll-out and visibility of the Company's product range;
• Travel throughout the assigned region to cultivate new business opportunities;
• Acquire full proficiency in the Company's administrative platforms and commercial practices to guarantee ongoing operational improvement;
• Collect field intelligence and draft detailed market study reports.
Profile:
Technical skills:
• Strong grasp of market conditions within the CEMAC zone;
• Demonstrated strength in deal-making and persuasive communication;
• Working knowledge of office applications and sales monitoring systems;
• Clear understanding of the FMCG distribution landscape;
• Expertise in customer relationship management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum BAC +3 in Marketing, International Trade, Sales and Commercial Negotiation, or a related subject.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity.
Salary: 500,000-700,000 CFA.
