As we get ready for our commercial rollout in Buea and Limbe, we are seeking exceptionally motivated, forward-thinking, and performance-driven professionals to join our founding team.

Location: Buea & Limbe, South West Region, Cameroon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Probation Period: Six (6) Months

4. Customer Service Officer (1 position)
Role Objective
Deliver high-quality customer support to both riders and drivers, maintain satisfaction benchmarks, and ensure all complaints are addressed without delay.
Core Responsibilities
• Handle customer and driver inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging;
• Document, monitor, and resolve complaints within established timeframes;
• Keep precise customer records and interaction histories;
• Forward unresolved matters to the Project Director or Operations Manager;
• Track app reviews and social media channels for service feedback;
• Support driver welfare initiatives — communicate driver concerns to the recruitment team;
• Assist with onboarding communications for new users and corporate clients.
Candidate Requirements
• HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline;
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills;
• A patient, empathetic, and solution-focused mindset;
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or call centre operations is preferred;
• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, phone-based support, and basic CRM tools.
Key Performance Metrics
• Customer satisfaction rating above 90%;
• All complaints closed within 24 hours;
• First response to inquiries within 10 minutes during operating hours;
• No complaint left unresolved beyond 48 hours;
• Customer retention target — less than 10% churn during the first 90 days.
