Complexe Scolaire Bilingue TEBAP is hiring a General Supervisor

Complexe TEBAP is a bilingual school based in Yaoundé that delivers high-quality instruction across both the Francophone and Anglophone streams. The institution encourages scholastic achievement, discipline, bilingualism and the all-around development of each learner.

Main purpose:
Provide oversight of students, maintain discipline and safety, and carry out daily monitoring while fostering an orderly, respectful and study-friendly school atmosphere.

Key responsibilities:
Record and monitor student attendance, lateness, absences and movements; enforce the school’s rules, disciplinary processes and dress code; anticipate and resolve disciplinary matters in partnership with the Principal and parents; oversee pupils during breaks, arrival and departure times, study sessions and school events; keep up-to-date records on discipline, attendance and student follow-up; notify parents about behaviour or attendance concerns when needed; assist with implementing the school’s administrative and safety procedures.

Required profile:
Hold at minimum an HND or a BACHELOR degree, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field; training or experience in Education, Student Welfare, School Supervision, Administration or a related area is an advantage; prior experience in student supervision, discipline or school administration is desirable; demonstrate positive authority, fairness, confidentiality, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility; able to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff; good command of English or French, bilingualism an asset; familiarity with digital tools preferred.
