Complexe TEBAP is a bilingual school based in Yaoundé that delivers quality education across both the Francophone and Anglophone streams. The institution values academic achievement, discipline, bilingual competence and the overall development of each pupil.

Main purpose:
Oversee teaching and administrative teams; coordinate the Francophone and Anglophone divisions; uphold discipline and ensure adherence to official curricula and school procedures; organise staff meetings, class councils and school events; track students’ academic progress; liaise with parents, educational authorities and Management.

Key responsibilities:
Manage teachers and administrative personnel; coordinate the Francophone and Anglophone sections; enforce discipline and compliance with official programmes and internal procedures; arrange staff briefings, class councils and school activities; monitor pupil academic outcomes; communicate with parents, educational authorities and Management.

Required profile:
Hold a BACHELOR’s degree (Bac+3) or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field; demonstrable experience in secondary education, school leadership, administration or coordination; sound knowledge of the Cameroonian Francophone and Anglophone education systems; strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities; familiarity with digital teaching tools desirable; bilingual proficiency in English and French strongly preferred.
