Enko Education is looking for a Physical Education Teacher

Job objective
The P.E. Teacher is charged with cultivating students' physical fitness, sporting competencies, teamwork and comprehension of healthy lifestyles through engaging and inclusive physical education programmes.

Main duties
Plan and provide structured P.E. lessons fitting students' ages and abilities.
Instruct a variety of sports, physical activities and fitness programmes.
Cultivate students' physical, social and teamwork abilities.
Evaluate students' performance and give constructive feedback.
Encourage healthy lifestyles, physical wellbeing and positive attitudes towards sport.
Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
Check and maintain appropriate sports equipment and facilities.
Adjust activities to accommodate students with differing abilities and needs.
Arrange and oversee sporting events, competitions and extracurricular activities.
Supervise students during sports activities, trips and competitions.
Maintain appropriate records of student attendance and progress.
Work with other teachers and take part in school events.
Respect all school policies, particularly Child Safeguarding, Health & Safety and the Code of Conduct.

Required qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education or a related field.
Relevant teaching qualification is an advantage or required where applicable.
Prior experience teaching P.E. or working with children/students.
Knowledge of sports, fitness and basic first-aid/safety procedures.
Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
Capacity to motivate and engage students.
