Main mission:

Key responsibilities:
- Attendance tracking: closely watch over pupil presence, late arrivals, missing days, and campus movements.
- Rule enforcement: guarantee strict adherence to the establishment's internal policies, behavioral codes, and uniform requirements.
- Incident management: anticipate and handle behavioral issues alongside the school head and families.
- Supervision: oversee learners during break times, morning drop-offs, afternoon departures, revision hours, and extracurricular events.
- Record keeping: carefully update behavioral logs, absence records, and individual tracking files.
- Communication: take part in dialogues with families concerning their children's conduct and presence.
- Administrative support: assist in executing the facility's administrative and security protocols.
Profile required:
- Qualifications: possess at least a BAC+2 degree or a matching credential in any appropriate discipline.
- Training and experience: having a background or practice in pedagogy, educational management, or youth supervision is highly advantageous. Previous work in campus monitoring or behavioral oversight is favored.
- Key traits: show constructive leadership, fairness, confidentiality, honesty, and a profound sense of duty.
- Communication skills: capacity to interact proficiently with learners, families, and colleagues.
- Languages: strong proficiency in either English or French; being bilingual is a major plus.
- Tech skills: a good command of basic digital tools is warmly welcomed.
