Main responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop a portfolio of new clients;

  • Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored wealth-management advice;

  • Negotiate and sell life insurance solutions;

  • Build customer loyalty and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal communication abilities;

  • Sales-oriented mindset and excellent negotiation skills;

  • Ability to handle interactions and challenges professionally and efficiently;

  • Experience in life insurance sales would be an advantage.

Locations: Douala, Yaoundé, Edéa, Kribi.

Required profile

  • Age: minimum 25 years;

  • Education: minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher;

  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the insurance industry, would be a major advantage.
